Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Plants & Living Goods

As a nursery, the health and quality of our plants are our highest priority. All plants leave Burnetts On Barney in healthy condition.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on plants that have been neglected after purchase.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide appropriate care, including watering, planting, positioning, and pest/disease management, Burnetts On Barney is always here to help, if you have any questions or require advice on how to best care for your plants, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly team.
  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind on plant purchases.

Non-Plant Products

For all other items (pots, garden accessories, tools, homewares, etc.), returns will be accepted if the product is:

  • Unused and in original condition/packaging, and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue and will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

  • Plants, trees, or shrubs that are dead or dying after purchase
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special-order products

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction.
